1. Access requirements
Nuts can only come from the access countries. You can access the following websites: http://43.248.49.223/ (Portal of the General Administration of Customs → General Administration of Customs → Import and Export Food Safety Bureau → Information service → Business information → List of food imported to China from countries or regions that meet the evaluation and review requirements and have traditional trade), click "plant derived food" to query.
2. Filing requirements for overseas production enterprises
(1) Registration basis: Article 96 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Registration and Administration of Foreign Manufacturers of Imported Food.
(2) Handling method: log in to the "Internet plus+Customs" integrated platform, website: http://online.customs.gov.cn , after selecting the "Import and Export Food" module, click the "Registration of overseas manufacturers of imported food" option.
(3) Query of registered enterprises: query in the "General Administration of Customs official website → Import and Export Food Safety Bureau → information service → business information → registration information of imported food overseas production enterprises" module.
3. Filing requirements for importers and exporters
(1) Filing basis: Article 96 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 19 of the Measures of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Import and Export Food Safety.
(2) Handling method: log in to the "Internet plus+Customs" integrated platform, website: http://online.customs.gov.cn After selecting the "Enterprise Management and Inspection" module, click "Filing of Importers and Exporters of Imported Food and Cosmetics", and then click the "Filing of Importers of Imported Food" and "Filing of Exporters and Agents of Imported Food and Cosmetics" options.
